This policy explains how information is handled on calipokeusa.com, the CALI-POKE USA website. For questions or privacy requests, email bmj@calipoke.ae.
Contact and catering inquiries
When you submit an inquiry directly through our website, we store your name, contact details, message and any event details you provide in our hosted database. We use this information to respond and handle your request. Our hosting provider stores these records, and Resend processes email notifications for our team. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
If a form opens your email app instead, the message is sent only when you send that email. For direct submissions we use a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit spam; this is separate from optional analytics. Please do not include payment card details or other sensitive information in an inquiry.
Opening updates and marketing emails
If you enter your email in our opening-updates form and tick the permission box, we store your email address, signup source, the wording you agreed to and its date. We use this information for CALI-POKE Costa Mesa opening news, new launches and offers. Signing up is optional and does not require accepting analytics cookies. If you choose to give your birthday, we store the month and day, without your birth year, to prepare birthday offers. We also store each boarding pass reference, its offer and its redemption status to manage one-time rewards. Resend processes our marketing email delivery.
You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting bmj@calipoke.ae. We keep unsubscribe preferences so we can respect them. A later signup request does not automatically reverse an earlier unsubscribe.
Optional website analytics
If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand website visits, traffic sources, page and bowl views, and actions such as clicking our phone number or directions and starting or successfully submitting an inquiry. Analytics uses cookies and collects information about your browser, device, approximate location, and use of the site.
Our analytics code does not send the contents of inquiry fields, your email message, or arbitrary URL query strings. Ordinary campaign labels may be used to understand which marketing brought visitors to the site. Google advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in this setup.
Analytics cookies are configured with a maximum lifetime of 180 days. Your choice is remembered on this browser for 180 days. You can decline analytics and continue using the website, or change your choice through Privacy choices at the bottom of any page. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep optional analytics off.

Site features and other services
Your browser may store preferences needed for features you choose, such as remembering music playback during your visit. Our hosting and content providers receive technical information needed to deliver pages and media. Some social images and feed updates are supplied by our CALI-POKE Dubai website.
Links to services such as Google Maps, Instagram, and ordering partners take you to services with their own privacy policies. This website currently presents Costa Mesa as coming soon and does not process online orders or payments.
Your choices and requests
You can manage browser storage, decline optional analytics, and contact us to ask about information you have sent us or request its correction or deletion. We may need to verify your request. We retain inquiry correspondence as needed to handle the request and applicable business or recordkeeping obligations.
