These terms describe use of the CALI-POKE USA website at calipokeusa.com, including inquiries, opening updates and promotional passes. Questions? Contact bmj@calipoke.ae or (949) 973-2297.

Website information and availability

CALI-POKE Costa Mesa is coming soon at 1799 Newport Blvd, Suite A107, Costa Mesa, CA 92627. An opening announcement or signup does not confirm that the restaurant is open. Menu previews and photographs introduce our brand; availability, ingredients and prices for a purchase must be confirmed with the restaurant or ordering provider.

Inquiries and orders

Submitting a contact or catering inquiry is a request for a response, not an accepted order, booking or confirmed price. Any catering arrangement requires separate confirmation. This website does not currently accept online orders or payments. If you follow a link to an ordering provider, review its checkout, payment, cancellation and refund terms before placing an order.

Opening updates and email preferences

Marketing signup is optional and requires the permission requested on the signup form. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us. Optional analytics consent is separate from email signup. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Promotional boarding passes

The welcome offer is 25% off your first dine-in order at CALI-POKE Costa Mesa. It is for dine-in use only, valid from opening day, with one use per customer. Present your issued pass at the shop so its redemption can be recorded.

An issued birthday pass offers one complimentary bowl at CALI-POKE Costa Mesa on your birthday, after the shop opens. One birthday bowl per customer per year. Show your pass at the shop. Providing a birthday does not itself mean that a pass has been issued.

Refer to your pass and the offer displayed when it was issued for its specific conditions. These website terms do not add restrictions to an already issued offer or replace its stated conditions. Please contact us if your pass cannot be accessed or an offer appears inconsistent.

Responsible use

Provide accurate information when contacting us or requesting a pass. Do not submit spam, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website or misuse promotional passes. Do not send payment card information or other sensitive information through inquiry forms.

Website content and third-party services

Website logos, photographs, designs and other content belong to their respective owners. Personal browsing and sharing links are welcome. Commercial reuse of protected content requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

Links to maps, social networks and ordering services lead to independent services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Availability of those services may change.

Corrections and your rights

We may correct website errors and update these terms as our services change. Updated terms will show a new effective date and apply going forward. Nothing on this page limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or changes a confirmed purchase agreement or an already issued offer.
