Waltz into the hyper-social, uber-cool hotel and head straight to the food truck at their lobby with the most sumptuous signage that says CALI-POKE, surely getting the eyeballs and drools, and some hoots too!

With roots in California and restaurants in Dubai and beyond, CALI-POKE brought fresh fish, Japanese and Peruvian flavors, and its signature CALI spirit to Dubai Technology Park. The Radisson Red food truck marked another chapter in the brand’s growth in Dubai.

The food truck menu features favorites including the Aloha Bowl with ahi tuna and mango and the Sushi Bowl with salmon, tuna and ebi shrimp. The Poke Taco adds a California twist, with a Cali-Coconut to drink.

Feeling peckish yet picky? Go for the Build Your Own Poke Bowl and create a masterpiece, choosing from a wide variety of seafood, fresh ingredients and signature sauces. Whatever your dish, one thing you can be sure of is your waistline won’t be inching forward. No wonder Poke Bowls are supremely popular for their health benefits.

The Radisson Red location continued CALI-POKE’s growth in Dubai, bringing the brand’s California seafood culture to the Silicon Oasis community.

Open from 12pm to 12am daily, CALI-POKE at Radisson Red is easily spotted at the hotel lobby.
