How we started
CALI-POKE is a California Seafood House with roots in California and a story built in Dubai. We set out to share fresh fish, bold dressings and a welcoming place to gather. Our Dubai restaurants brought that idea to life, and Costa Mesa is our next chapter back home.
From day one, we’ve been all about freshness, quality, and a whole lot of heart. We carefully source the best ingredients, craft our sauces from scratch, and put passion into every bowl we serve. But what really drives us is you—our amazing customers!
